Beginning his career as a carpenter, Graham quickly advanced to become a General Foreman. With a passion for the construction sector, Graham has a thorough understanding of the construction industry and its principles.
Starting at Northbuild in 1993 as a second-generation Boddington, Graham has worked in every facet of the organisation, from on-site roles through to management which has guided him to his current position as Managing Director.

With more than 40 years of experience within the construction industry, Allen’s experience ranges from site supervision and site safety management to the development and implementation of safety and quality management systems across all of Northbuild’s projects.

Working in the Australian construction industry since immigrating to Australia in 1987, Andrew has worked on a range of commercial, residential, public, and private projects. His experience includes various delivery methods including design and construct, construct only, negotiated, and project and construction management.
Andrew opened the doors to our Toowoomba office in 2011 and has led Northbuild to win multiple Queensland Master Builders Awards for our Regional Queensland projects.
Andrew is also on the Downs & Western Region Committee of Management for Queensland Master Builders representing commercial construction in the region.
