What We Do
Northbuild provide expertise in the field of property and construction. We construct larger buildings and often manage their design. Northbuild devise a budget and manage a design so that the construction cost end up within the agreed budget.
Our projects are typically in the range of $5 million to $25 million and these consist of some larger and some smaller projects.
Our clients (many of them repeat clients) include property development companies, aged care institutions, private schools, Dept of Public Works, Dept of Defence and others.
We are third party certified for Quality Assurance and operate sophisticated computerised project systems.
Financial and License Capacity
Builders in Queensland must renew their licence each year through the Qld Building Services Authority (the “BSA”), the process requiring audit of financial status. Northbuild holds BSA Licence 24302 – in the general category “Builder Open”, allowing projects in both the commercial and residential sectors. Northbuild has registration with the Qld Govt Dept of Public Works (known as the “PQC”) and has a confirmed financial capacity and technical expertise.
