Northbuild is third party accredited for Quality Assurance (QA) in compliance with ISO 9001:2000.

Northbuild operates QA systems company wide and particularly focuses on customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Northbuild has an existing safety management system and it is currently being implemented to the new standard AS4801:2001.

Northbuild as a company is very advanced in information technology and the safety management system is installed on the company intranet with automatic updates of legislation and procedures. The current safety plans address the safety of workers and the public. The new code requirements have been added to this system.

Northbuild's in-house, full time safety manager is Allen Wheeler.
